Soft Landings: Part 2 students wishing to find out more on how to get more involved in the design process and the Soft Landings tool, can read these reports. These reports give details of the new joint initiative between BSRIA, the Usable Buildings Trust (UBT), and Darwin Services which aims to extend the duties of project teams beyond practical completion. The process covers the period after building handover and up to the first three years of occupation.
