RICS Code of Practice - Service Charges in Commercial Property View

I came across the revised code of practice by RICS for Service Charges in commercial properties due to come into effect in April next year, read about it in FMX I think it was - I know it applies only in England and Wales (still trying to see if they have a Scottish version) but there a lot of interesting and pertinent issues in the code for the property portfolio competence. I've gone through most of it (takes a good hour or two) and it makes interesting reading and have attached a copy in case any of your other students may find it of interest.
