CIPD Certificate in Employment Relations Law and Practice

The new CIPD Certificate in Employment Relations Law and Practice (CERLAP) provides a solid grounding in all aspects of employment law whilst offering a professional recognition in the field of employment law at work.

The programme is open access and designed for owners of small businesses, line managers and team leaders who wish to gain skills in employment practice. It is also for anyone who aspires to or does have a role that supports the employment function.

Completion of CERLAP leads to CIPD Associate membership.
